The Var has hundreds of routes for the practice of the mountain bike with
different levels to satisfy the amateurs and the experts . To help you of many
guides were published , certain are available in the tourism offices ( Free or
paying ) or in the bookshops and stores of sports . For more information
contact the federations of cycling or the many clubs of the province .

* Amateur of mountain bike , learn how to admire and respect nature
* Choose the route according to your physical condition and of your technical level
* Envisage small tools for the technical problems ( Flat , ...)
* Prevent of your route and approximate hour of your return
* Take along some energy foods and drinks
* Be discrete , not to disturb the herds and close again the barriers
* Take the marked out ways , for your safety and the respect of the private properties
* Keep the intact sites , do not throw any rubbish
* Do not smoke and do not light fires in forest ( FIRE HAZARD )
* Respect the instructions of closing of the massifs
* Caution and courtesy at the time of the going beyond or crossing of hikers , hunters and users of the forest
